Team Member Responsibilities
- Manage world-class client experience including client feedback system
- Greet clients and patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Check in/out clients, process payments, and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction
- Report on client experience in weekly, monthly, and quarterly staff meetings
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and business software
- Knowledge of Equine and Veterinary terminology would be beneficial
- 1–2 years of customer service experience required
- Veterinary clinic experience preferred, not required
Education
- Required: High school graduate or equivalent
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and experience in business/marketing
Schedule
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
