I am part of the front office staff and also a vet tech. I help with client communication, scheduling, patient care, assisting with appointments and procedures, traveling, and making sure our equine patients receive the care they need.
My favorite part of my job is getting to travel to horse shows, be involved in sports medicine, and experience the excitement of helping horses perform at their best. I love seeing the hard work come together, and getting to be part of the equine world.
My greatest skill is being able to adapt. Every horse, client, and situation is different, especially when traveling and answering phones so being able to think on my feet and adjust quickly is something I really value.
Being adaptable allows me to get the job done to the fullest extent while staying organized. It also helps me communicate effectively with clients, making sure they understand what is going on and feel confident in the care their horse is receiving.
