Amanda Dixon

Amanda Dixon, our inventory assistant, joined Saginaw Valley Equine Clinic after relocating from Arizona to Michigan with her fiancé. At home, she stays busy with two Off-the-Track Thoroughbreds, a Golden Doodle, a Chihuahua, and her cat. Since moving north, Amanda and her horses have been settling into Michigan life, including one very memorable welcome-to-Michigan moment involving a hair dryer and frozen basement pipes.

I help manage inventory for the clinic, making sure the medications and supplies our team needs are organized and available.

I enjoy learning the behind-the-scenes operations of a large equine veterinary practice and seeing how the supplies I manage help support the care of every horse.

I am detail-oriented, thoughtful, and hardworking. Growing up in a military family helped shape my work ethic and taught me the importance of being dependable.

Good inventory support helps the clinic run smoothly. When our team has what they need, they can provide better, more efficient care for horses and their owners.
