Carissa has always had a love for horses and people, which led her to the University of Findlay where she graduated from the Western Equestrian Studies Program. Carissa works at SVEC helping clients and keeping us organized.
In my free time I enjoy hiking, kayaking, crafting, ranch sorting, and spending time with friends and family.
I got my first pony, Prince, when I was 8 and the rest is history! I attended the University of Findlay for Western Equestrian Studies and Equine Business Management. After graduation, before coming to SVEC, I worked at a reining barn and a large animal veterinary clinic.
I am the Customer Care, Marketing, and Reproduction Coordinator.
My favorite part of my job is connecting with people. Relationships in life are so important, and it is a blessing to see them develop over the years. Whether it is with coworkers, clients, vendors, or anyone who walks through our door, I hope they leave with a positive experience.
I think that being hardworking, organized, and compassionate are some of my greatest skills.
